Getting Started with Challenge Categories

When you create or edit a Challenge, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Challenge Categories. Challenge Categories allow you to collect Challenges together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Challenges within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for Challenges on the Challenges screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Challenge Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Challenge Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Challenge Categories screen, select Challenges from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Challenge Categories from the side navigation menu.
